1. The Mid-Am Racing Series will NOT have tires available for sale at the track nor do we have tires for any teams that did not pick up their tire order from the tire sale. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! The D800 will be the only tire permitted for use and we are allowing 4 new tires for this event. Tires do not need to be purchased through the Mid-Am Racing Series.
2. We will again be conducting a pre-tech inspection. A copy of what is included on the inspection can be located HERE. Make sure your PPE is up to date and ready for inspection upon arrival.
A copy of our rule book is located HERE. Please make sure your safety equipment is in compliance.
The use of head and neck restraint devices is highly recommended
3. Additional Milwaukee Pre-Tech items we will be checking:
All lead must be painted white or fluorescent with your car number on it. We require a minimum of two grade 5 bolts (1/2 inch size or larger) for large pieces of lead.
Rear-end and transmission plugs checked and safety wired when possible
No offset chassis
No 116" wheelbase cars unless you are willing to meet the track width rule
4. UPDATE: Fuel will NOT be available at the track!
5. Motorized Pit Vehicles (ATV/Golf Cart/Scooters): Will be allowed in the Paddock area, they are not allowed under the grandstands or on pit road. Spotters must park in the designated area (follow signage from the tunnel). If they become an issue they will be parked.
6. For those of you with large teams that arrive separately please see this sheet. This will make the process MUCH EASIER!

· 8 am Hauler Parking/Pit Gates Open
· 9 am Cars may unload- Option to Pit on Pit Road, All Equipment must be cleared by 5pm Saturday, no exceptions.
· 9:15 am Mid-Am Tech Open for Sunday Approval, anytime until 4 pm, passing cars will ONLY have to go through prequalifying tech Sunday morning. Make sure your car has passed and has the proper decal for qualifying on Sunday
12pm- 4pm Rotating Practice

(Haulers are allowed to stay in place, those camping must pay a $50 camping fee. A select number of VIP hauler parking sites are available inside the paddock area which includes water and electricity for $200, these must be reserved in advance by calling Debbie at 217-764-3200
